The 3 questions which are the most imp for this segment for me were....
1) Why do u want to join our company? 2) If software...why not Microsoft, Google or oracle??? 3) Why not the other companies in the same segment...(IBM's, Wpiro's, TCS's etc.)...
The people who got thru...can only be put up as the BEST FLATTERERS of the company...(no offence to neone... :)...) Nobody's looking for the tru answers...only the right answers...
On a lighter note.. The best queries to the interviewers...
1) Sir, why did u join CTS?? Ans: (a terse silence for 2 mins..) Becoz my frenz did so did i!!!!
2) Sir, if u want us to be software pro's.....why do ask our core subjects so much...??? Ans: (1 mins silence...) I want to test ur diligence...
GOSH!!!! if they ever evaluated their own answers...they wud never recruit themselves!!!!
